We are dedicated to developing student-athletes who excel on the field, in the classroom, and in life. We are committed to fostering growth in both our athletes and coaches, treating everyone with respect as they strive to reach their full potential in football, life, and community service.

We approach every game with intensity, teamwork, and integrity, playing within the rules and with a united focus on success in all areas. Guided by a collaborative board, we prioritize the well-being of our athletes, families, and organization.

• Emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and composure in all our student-athletes and coaches.
• Create a family-oriented atmosphere within our organization.
• Give back to the community through projects that involve athletes, families, and board members.
• Instill a sense of pride in our organization among athletes, families, volunteers, and the community at large.
• Develop strategic long-term initiatives to enable the Organization to capitalize on generational compounding of capital, knowledge, and relationships (commercial, elected officials, philanthropic).

The Windham Wolverines Youth Football program was started in 2011 as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for Windham (and adjacent Towns without a program) children to participate in youth football. We have over 150 children in the program and strive for success both on and off the field. 

The Wolverines are one of  many organizations that make up the Northeast Junior High School Football League. The Wolverines have programs registered within all three levels: Youth (2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade), Junior (5th and 6th Grade), and Senior (7th and 8th Grade).
